I read somewhere that it's a good idea to end the day with a gratefulness prayer---thanking God for what you're grateful for that day. I've been doing this for a while. The great thing is, it gets me in the habit of looking back through the day and remembering everything I should be grateful for---a gratefulness check---when I may have forgotten, for instance, the clerk at the grocery store who was so kind.

Same thing you're doing on your blog. It's a great practice.</description>
