This is such an important lesson for all of us to learn. Everything changes every single minute of the day so we don’t really need to change ourselves it happens automatically. Living in the moment allows us to see and appreciate those moments of change. That’s a lesson I am learning physically and emotionally and artistically at the moment, trying to live in the moment, accept the reality of yesterday and not live too far in advance. Thanks for a very timely and very important post.
